Peppery Beef Skewers with Tomato & Onion Risotto

Instructions

  1. Combine MAGGI Classic Beef Booster and pepper, toss beef in pepper mixture to coat.
  2. Thread meat onto skewers alternately with cherry tomato halves and parsley leaves.
  3. Heat oil in pan, add onion and garlic, cook 2 minutes. Add rice, cook stirring 2 minutes.
  4. Add wine, water, BUITONI Tomato Coulis and extra MAGGI Classic Beef Booster, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until risotto is cooked. Just before serving, stir in chopped parsley.
  5. Meanwhile, pan fry, grill or BBQ meat skewers until browned and meat is cooked as desired. Serve beef skewers with risotto.
