Instructions

  1. Create Passionfruit Parfait: Pepare Nestle Chocolate Mousse according to instructions on pack. Gently fold in passion fruit pulp. Spoon into chocolate cases and chill prior to serving.
  2. Create Hazelnut and Praline Parfait: Add sugar and water to pan, heat without stirring until golden brown, remove from heat. Crush haselnuts and place on a lined tray, pour caramel over and leave to cool. Prepare Nestle Chocolate Mousse according to instructions on pack. Crush hazelnut praline and fold into mousse.Spoon into chocolate cases and chill prior to serving.
  3. Create Orange and Poppyseed Parfait: Grate zest from four oranges and set aside, juice all oranges, place in a saucepan with sugar, reduce to a syrupy consistency. Remove from heat, add poppy seeds. Allow to cool. Prepare Nestle Vanilla Mousse according to instructions on pack. Fold in the orange syrup and zest to the mousse. Spoon into chocolate cases and chill prior to serving.
  4. Assemble the different parfaits in a platter ans serve.
  5. Note: Parfait mix can also be frozen and served as a frozen dessert.
