NESCAFÉ Lemon Coffee Shot

INGREDIENTS

    FOR THE SYRUP:

    • 6g NESCAFÉ BLEND 43
    • 150ml water
    • 150g brown sugar

     

    FOR THE DRINK:

    • 60ml coffee syrup (homemade – see above)
    • 120ml lemon ice tea
    • 60ml fresh milk
    • Ice cubes
    • Lemon zest

    METHOD

    First create the syrup:

    1. Put all the syrup ingredients (NESCAFÉ BLEND 43, water, brown sugar) in a small pan and boil
    2. Pop the syrup in the fridge to cool


    Then make the drink:

    1. In a glass, add the syrup, ice tea and ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon
    2. Finally pour over the milk and garnish with lemon zest
