Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a frying pan over a medium heat until sizzling, remove from heat and add Dijon and wholegrain mustards, whisk to combine. Keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, bring water to simmer over a high heat. Add MAGGI Gluten Free Mashed Potato Instant Mix in a steady stream, whisking constantly until mixture thickens, remove from heat.
  3. Add chives to warm butter then fold through mash potato. Sason to taste with salt an dpepper. SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious served with fish, chicken, lamb and gluten free sausages.
