Succulent slow cooked Lamb curry with Indian spices

300gBUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro

  Jasmine riceCooked
3 Birdseye chilliesSliced (optional)

 

METHOD

  1. Heat oil in a large pan and sauté onions and garlic until golden. Seal lamb.
  2. Add MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Kashmiri Rogan Josh Paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro and water.
  4. Bring to boil and simmer for 1 to 1 ½ hours or until the meat is cooked.
  5. Serve with rice and garnish with chillies.
