Instructions

  1. Combine mince, onion, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan and MAGGI Beef Booster in a large bowl. Mix well and form into 20 meatballs.
  2. Heat oil in fry pan; cook meat balls until browned lightly; remove from pan. Add combined tomatoes, red wine and MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Supreme Gravy Mix; bring to the boil. Return the meatballs to pan; Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Serve topped with basil leaves.
