Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C.
  2. Coat chicken with combined breadcrumbs, paprika and herbs. Place in large baking pan with potatoes. Spray lightly with canola cooking spray.
  3. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Reduce oven to 200°C. Add onion, bake uncovered 30 minutes. Place tomatoes on oven tray, bake uncovered 30 minutes.
  4. While chicken and vegetables are cooking, make up MAGGI Classic Golden Roast Gravy Mix with water according to directions on can.
  5. Place chicken and vegetables on large serving dish, pour sauce over.
