Instructions

  1. Heat butter in pan, sauté onion and garlic. Add lamb cook to seal.
  2. Add thyme and combined water, MAGGI Chicken Booster, and herbs; bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 45 minutes.
  3. Add carrots, potato, cabbage and celery; simmer for a further 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add beans and cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until tender.
  4. Serve with sprinkled with fresh thyme leaves and thick cut gluten free bread if desired.
