Instructions

  1. Bring water to simmer over high heat. Add MAGGI Gluten Free Mashed Potato Instant Mix in a steady stream, whisking constantly until mixture thickens, remove from heat.
  2. Using electric hand beater, beat butter, oil and garlic together until well combined. Stir in herbs, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add herb and garlic butter to warm mash potato and gently fold in until almost combined. SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious served with chicken, pork or lamb.
