Gin & Pinetonic Cold Brew

INGREDIENTS

  • 120ml NESCAFÉ Cold Brew
  • 30ml Gin
  • 30ml Tonic water
  • 1 Ring Pineapple slices

METHOD

  1. Dice ¾ of pineapple ring into small pieces
  2. Mix gin, NESCAFÉ Cold Brew and pineapple bits in shaker
  3. Double strain over ice
  4. Top with tonic water
  5. Garnish with remaining ¼ wedge of pineapple and lime
