Instructions

  1. Prepare 1 litre of MAGGI Béchamel Sauce using ratio on label.
  2. In a large sauté pan, sauté 3 cloves of finely diced garlic until soft.
  3. Add 200 mls of white wine and fully reduce
  4. Add finished MAGGI Béchamel Sauce and fully combine.
  5. Serve.
