Instructions

  1. Place chilled water (<4 ̊C) into a bowl and add correct amount of Mousse mix.
  2. Use a balloon whisk attachment and mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until mixture is fully combined.
  3. Resume mixing on high speed for 6 minutes.

1 punnet fresh raspberries Raspberry coulis

  1. Place 1 portion of ALH Signature Double Chocolate & Raspberry Fudge on plate.
  2. Pipe on 3 peaks of NESTLÉ Docello® Mixed Berry Mousse Mix.
  3. Place a raspberry on each peak.
