Instructions

Hazelnut Mousse 

  1. Place chilled milk (<4 ̊C) into a bowl and add correct amount of Mousse mix with Frangelico. 
  2. Use a balloon whisk attachment and mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until mixture is
    fully combined. 
  3. Resume mixing on high speed for 6 minutes.

 

Vanilla Mousse 

  1. Place chilled milk (<4 ̊C) into a bowl and add correct amount of Mousse mix.
  2. Use a balloon whisk attachment and mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until mixture is fully combined.
  3. Resume mixing on high speed for 6 minutes.

Assembly

200g NESTLÉ Docello® Snowcap
300g Nutella
1 punnet Fresh Raspberries
10 Choc wafer sticks
250g Candied Hazelnuts

  1. Spoon Nutella into bottomof 300ml serving jar, then pipe alternate layers of vanilla mousse, candied hazelnuts, hazelnut mousse (pipe with no nozzle) until full to the lip of the jar.
  2. Finish with another layer of Nutella.
  3. Garnish with raspberries, shaved white chocolate (melt white chocolate and cool) candied hazelnut and wafer stick.
