Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Grease deep patty pans.
  2. Combine milk, eggs and MAGGI Classic Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup Mix, whisk together until combined. Stir in chicken and shallots.
  3. Pour mixture evenly into pans, sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until light golden. Carefully remove from pan and serve while still warm.
