Caramel Date Pudding

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Combine dates, water and bicarbonate soda, stand 30 minutes.
  3. Beat butter and brown sugar until creamy, beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in date mixture, sifted flour and NESTLÉ Caramel Mousse Dessert Mix. Spoon into greased, lined 26cm x 32cm baking pan.
  5. Bake 45-50 minutes until cooked. Serve with Caramel Custard.
