- Pre heat oven to 180ºC.
- Combine dates, water and bicarbonate soda, stand 30 minutes.
- Beat butter and brown sugar until creamy, beat in eggs one at a time.
- Fold in date mixture, sifted flour and NESTLÉ Caramel Mousse Dessert Mix. Spoon into greased, lined 26cm x 32cm baking pan.
- Bake 45-50 minutes until cooked. Serve with Caramel Custard.
