- Pre heat oven to 180ºC.
- Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, mix well. Press into base of 26cm x 32cm baking pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs and sour cream.
- Beat in NESTLÉ Caramel Mousse Dessert Mix. Spoon mixture evenly over crumb crust.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until set, allow to cool, refrigerate 2 hours. If desired, serve with whipped cream.
