Caramel Cheesecake

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, mix well. Press into base of 26cm x 32cm baking pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs and sour cream.
  4. Beat in NESTLÉ Caramel Mousse Dessert Mix. Spoon mixture evenly over crumb crust.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until set, allow to cool, refrigerate 2 hours. If desired, serve with whipped cream.
