Beef Patties with Spicy Capsicum Sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine mince, garlic, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs and MAGGI Beef Booster, mix well. Divide mixture and shape into 12 patties.
  2. Melt butter in pan, add onion and garlic, cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add capsicum, cook further 2 minutes.
  4. Add BUITONI Pasta Sauce. Bring to boil stirring, simmer covered 3 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in frying pan. Coat patties in flour cook for 3-4 minutes per side, drain. Serve with sauce and mashed potato.
