Crispy HARVEST GOURMET® Plant-Based Schnitzel & Sweet Chili Poke Bowl

Crispy HARVEST GOURMET® Schnitzel 
10 HARVEST GOURMET® Schnitzels
1/4 cup Canola Oil, for frying

Sweet Chili Sauce
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
1 Cup MAGGI® Sweet Chili Sauce 
1/2 cup Water
1 Tsp Grated Fresh Ginger

Sweet Chili Crispy Plant-Based Bowls 
8 cups Cooked Brown Rice
2 Lebanese Cucumber, sliced thinly
2 cup cooked Edamame
2 cups Diced Mango
2 Avocado, diced
2 large Carrots, thinly Julienne sliced 
10 Radish, sliced thin
1 Bunch fresh Coriander
(Optional) 2 tsp Black Sesame Seeds, for garnish

  1. Gently fry the schnitzels till golden brown Set aside and keep warm.
  2. Add vinegar, Maggi Sweet Chilli sauce, water, and grated ginger to a small saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 2 mins and set aside to slightly cool.
  3. To plate, firstly build the bowls with rice then a light drizzle of the Sweet Chilli sauce mixture, then build your salad ingredients on top of the rice, top with thinly sliced HG plant-based schnitzel and another goo drizzle of the sweet chilli sauce mixture, then garnish with a generous of fresh coriander and sesame seeds.
