2kg HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational Ground Mince
10kg Tomatoes
100g Crushed garlic
50g Chili powder
80g Cumin powder
20g Tomato paste
300g Sour cream
3pcs Red bell peppers
3pcs Green bell peppers
1kg Cooked red beans
1bch Fresh coriander
100mL Olive oil
5pcs Onion
10pcs Tortilla wraps
10 tbsp MAGGI Taste of Americas Salsa Roja

  1. Defrost the mince before cooking. Chop the onions, tomatoes and the bell peppers into 1cm dices.
  2. Heat up the olive oil in a big cooking pot. Add the onions and garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the HARVEST GOURMET® Plant-based Mince and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and bell peppers, the cumin, the chili powder and
  4. the tomato paste and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked red beans and the chopped coriander. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the Chili sin carne on a tortilla with guacamole salad, sour cream and MAGGI Taste of Americas Salsa Roja
