Chargrilled Pieces Tortilla Wrap

Method

700g HARVEST GOURMET® Vegetarian Chargrilled Pieces 

1 tbsp MAGGI® Taste of Asia Salsa Roja 

10pcs tortilla wrap 

3pcs zucchini  

3pcs eggplant 

4pcs tomatoes 

1pcs romain lettuce 

100ml olive oil 

30g thyme  

200g mayonnaise  

20mL lemon Juice  

Salt and Pepper to taste 

1 Slice the zucchini and the eggplants into big strips. Place them on a baking tray with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and thyme. Cook for 10 minutes at 170°c in the oven. 

2 Pull the leaves from the lettuce. Cut the tomatoes into slices. 

3 Mix the mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise with the lemon juice, add salt and pepper to season 

4 Sauté the HARVEST GOURMET® Vegetarian Chargrilled Pieces in a hot pan with olive oil for about 5 minutes.  

5 Put the tortilla flat on a cutting board. Place the sauce, lettuce, grilled vegetables and the sautéed HARVEST GOURMET® Vegetarian Chargrilled Pieces on top. Add a table spoon of MAGGI® Taste of Asia Salsa Roja.  

6 Roll into a wrap, cut in half and serve. 

Chef's Tip

  • Get creative with your wrap fillings, why not add a bit of chilli or relish, or marinade the pieces in a honey soy marinade prior - the combinations are endless!
