TUSCAN STYLE CHARGRILLED PIECES with CHEF® CHICKEN STYLE LIQUID CONCENTRATE

Method

30ml olive oil 

900g HARVEST GOURMET® Vegetarian Chargrilled Pieces 

30ml olive oil 

400g onions, sliced 

50g garlic cloves, crushed 

2g Italian dried herbs 

60ml CHEF Chicken Style Stock 

800ml water 

150g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder 

600ml warm water 

36g cornflour 

40ml cold water 

80g grain mustard 

200g semi sundried tomatoes, sliced 

400g baby spinach leaves 

Heat the olive oil and cook the for 3-4 minutes, remove and set aside HARVEST GOURMET® Vegetarian Chargrilled Pieces. 

Heat the oil in a saucepan and cook the onions with a lid on for 5-6 minutes without colour. 

Add the garlic and the Italian herbs and cook for a further 2 minutes. 

Mix the CHEF Chicken Style Stock with the water and add. 

Mix the MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder with the warm water and whisk well, add to the saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the cornflour with the water to a smooth paste and whisk in to thicken the sauce. 

Add the grain mustard, semi sundried tomatoes, spinach and then add the HARVEST GOURMET® Vegetarian Chargrilled Pieces, gently heat for 1-2 minutes and serve.
