STIR FRIED CHARGRILLED PIECES with chef® BLACK GARLIC TAHINI DRESSING

Method

700g HARVEST GOURMET® Vegetarian Chargrilled Pieces  

30ml olive oil  

2 lemons, zest and juice  

4 garlic cloves, crushed  

6 bch broccolini  

100g cashew nuts, toasted  

Dressing 

35g CHEF® Black Garlic Paste  

150g Tahini paste  

1 lemon, juice  

1g cumin, ground 

120g water 

1 For the dressing mix the tahini paste with the lemon juice.  

Add the cumin and the water and mix well to form a smooth sauce,  

2 Add the CHEF® Black Garlic Paste and mix well. Set aside.  

3 Mix the lemon zest, juice and garlic with the HARVEST GOURMET® Vegetarian Chargrilled Pieces  

4 Heat the olive oil and cook the chicken strips for 3-4 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.  

5 Blanch the broccolini in salted water for 1-2 minutes and drain. Arrange the broccolini on the bottom, scatter the HARVEST GOURMET® Vegetarian Chargrilled Pieces on top and garnish with the toasted cashew nuts. Drizzle with tahini and black garlic dressing and serve
