Method

INGREDIENTS

HARVEST GOURMET® Plant-Based Burgers 1pkt = 2 patties
500mL BUITONI Sugo per Pasta Sauce 
Salt and Pepper to taste 
 

  1. Cook HARVEST GOURMET® burgers according to instructions on pack. Roughly chop
  2. Combine BUITONI Sugo per Pasta and the chopped patties in a food processor or use a stick blender. Pulse for 10 seconds. 
     

Chef's Tip

  • Add the CHEF® Port and red wine paste for acidity.
  • Cook off carrots and celery before adding the blended mixture for added texture and filling. 
  • Serve all elements separately for home delivery.
