Sensational Harissa koftas with aromatic slaw and flatbread

Method

10 pc     HAVREST GOURMET® SensationalTM Burger 

1 tsp    Harissa spice mix  

25 ml    CHEF Mushroom Liquid Concentrate  

20 pc    bamboo sticks 

300 g     spring cabbage 

300 g     red cabbage 

100 g    red onions  

10 g    mint  

20 g    parsley  

10 pc     flatbread  

75 ml    Harissa paste  

100 ml    mayonnaise  

  1. Defrost Harvest Gourmet Burger and mix with harissa spice mix and CHEF Mushroom Liquid Concentrate. 
  2. Shape the koftas on a bamboo stick. 
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 250°C with a grill tray.  
  4. Grill the koftas in the oven for 5-7 min until core temp is 74°C. 
  5. Cut cabbage and onions into julienne and mix with roughly chopped mint and parsley.  
  6. Heat the flatbread in the oven.  
  7. Plate the koftas, drizzle with harissa paste, mayo and serve with the aromatic salad and flatbread.

    • Mix the salad with chickpeas.  
    • Glaze the koftas with pomegranate molasses.  
    • Use vegan mayonnaise for a vegan dish
