A list of products and ingredients that will be available to use in competition cook-offs.

Regional and Metro Cook-offs:
It is mandatory for all teams to use CHEF Reduced Veal Stock plus at least 3 other Nestlé Professional products from the list below at all Regional and Metro Cook-offs.

National Final Cook-offs:
It is mandatory for all teams to use CHEF Reduced Veal Stock plus at least 4 other Nestlé Professional products from the list below at all National Final Cook-offs.
