Video Submissions

Entrants can select any ingredients of their choice for use in the video submission dish.

Grand Finals

The 12 finalist chefs from across Australia and New Zealand will be required to prepare a three-course menu. A vegan entrée and a dessert using ingredients from a supplied produce list and a main course from a mystery box. Entrants will be required to use a minimum of 4 Nestlé Professional products in their menu.
