Broadspectrum Competition bigger than ever!

5 regional cook offs, 1 national final and over 40 Australian Defence Force and Broadspectrum Chefs demonstrating their culinary skills. Congratulations to winners Rob Tucker & Hazza Haszahrin of Team Broadspectrum (Simpsons Barracks, VIC) for their tremendous efforts.

The grand finalists had to product 2 entrees, 2 mains and 2 desserts using a mystery box of ingredients they were only shown 30 minutes before cooking commenced. Each dish required a minimum of 2 Nestlé Professional ingredients (with some using up to 4)!

This competition is a great example of our commitment to support our customers and forge strong partnerships. Thank you to all state and head office team members who ensured that the competition ran so smoothly. We hope to go even bigger in 2019 with the involvement of more ADF teams.
