The selection of resources we have put together have been developed to support you in implementing best practice for your residents and patients.
Research among nearly 100 healthcare employees from facilities across the country (including aged care, private and public hospitals) has found that adverse reactions to food are occurring due to inadequate systems and processes, and 93% of employees want to improve their allergen knowledge.
As a company that provides food solutions to cater for specific dietary requirements, Nestlé Professional aims to support the industry by providing free, easy-to-follow resources that outline best practice allergen management guidelines, and ultimately the safe delivery of its food solutions.
The resources have been developed alongside the Institute of Hospitality in Healthcare and Coeliac Australia.
